 Holiday Schedule - office will be closed the following days

       Thursday, November 24, 2022 - Thanksgiving
       Friday, November 25, 2022 - Day after Thanksgiving
       Monday, December 26, 2022 - Christmas

Mara Yoesting: Administrative Assistant. Mara will be working in an administrative capacity as well as greeting you at the front counter to make your experience as helpful as possible.   
    
Tony Shaffer: Field Inspector. Tony will be meeting you in the field   
 to verify your progress at various stages of construction and to answer questions to help keep your project running smoothly.

          

INSPECTION HOURS


Monday through Friday - phone: 937-592-7473
Inspector's hours are from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Inspectors will be available between 7:30 - 8 am and 4 - 4:30 pm for phone calls, questions and time scheduling for your inspections. Inspections will be from 8 am to 4 pm. Although it may not be necessary, please request your inspection(s) in advance to assure getting on the coming schedule the day you prefer. Inspection requests after 3:30 pm will be considered as received the following day for scheduling purposes.

  • Application, Plan Submission & Review for New Construction
  • Approval, Permitting & Inspections during construction phase
  • Floodplain Development Submission - Contact the Logan County Soil & Water Conservation District at 937-593-2946
  • Annual "Specialty Contractor" Registration - General Questions and Information Handouts

Plan Review & Inspections

  • All Commercial & Residential Construction Plan Review and Inspections within the counties Areas of Jurisdiction
  • Inspections shall be scheduled through the front office at 937-592-7473. A Specific Time Request for Field Inspections   cannot always be guaranteed. Normal inspection times are from 8 AM to 4 PM. A time preference will be given consideration for Concrete Pours. Please allow time when scheduling an inspection.
  • Floodplain Review - Contact Logan County Soil & Water Conservation District at 937-593-2946. You can download the Floodplain Regulations and the Floodplain Determination Form under: Helpful Documents / Floodplain", listed below.
  • You will need to call to schedule an appointment to discuss:       Plan Review, Codes, Regulations and Inspections: 937-592-7473
